We live in a society where inequality is exeperienced day by day.
Data shows how minorities in every way are treated differently on all aspects of modern life.
Wage Gap:
The gender gap in pay has remained relatively stable in the United States over the past 15 years or so. In 2020, women earned 84% of what men earned, according to a Pew Research Center analysis of median hourly earnings of both full- and part-time workers. Based on this estimate, it would take an extra 42 days of work for women to earn what men did in 2020.

Our community will ask companies fully transparence on their

HOW ARE WE GONNA TACKLE THIS:
Institute scolarships.
The token will select the US schools with the higher percentage of diversity and institute scolarships for the best community enhancement projects, local organic shops, multicultural parks and spaces for the youth,  

Institute and fund startups who promote diversity and empower minorities.

Our Voting system is based on the number of votes instead of on the voting power of tokens hold.
the numeber of tokens matter but in a small way. we dont want to let some big holders privatize all voting power and decisions for the community, The scolarships, the projects and in all projects the really key factor will be the number of votes. We would prefer that everybody has a token instead of one who buys it all.
